CCS Safety Summit 2024

In this session, District Attorney Ashlie Shanley will use her 25-year experience as a Special Victim Prosecutor to outline how and to whom child physical and sexual abuse should be reported. She will discuss best practices for reporting and handing the matter over to law enforcement/DHS to ensure that the child is not re-victimized and to avoid the need to call educators as witnesses in criminal cases.
